PRIVACY POLICY
Course For Life and Blevins Enterprises are dedicated to earning and keeping our customers' trust and to provide the best service and customer satisfaction. Because of this philosophy, we treat the information you provide us in confidence.
When ordering, customers provide us with certain information such as name, address, telephone number, etc. This information is necessary to process an order. For our use only, we retain information about transactions with customers. We send customers periodic updates regarding new developments.
Telephone numbers, email addresses and credit card numbers are only released if there is a court order or if requested by law enforcement agencies. Otherwise, your information is not disclosed to any third parties.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
For Books:
Books will be shipped as soon as assembled per the instructions of the buyer. No inventory is kept on hand. Please allow two-three weeks for book assembly and then another week for regular ground shipping.
For PDF Files:
Downloads of curriculum are immediately available upon receipt of funds.
For Clothing and All Other Items:
Clothing, accessories, and music CD's will be shipped as soon as they are created per the instructions of the buyer. No inventory is kept on hand. Please allow two-three weeks for creation and then another week for regular ground shipping.
All items will ship UPS unless the customer specifices a carrier or wants expedited shipping at an additional cost.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Because of the unique nature of this curriculum, refunds and exchanges are not permitted on the curriculum. However, if a music CD is defective, let us know via e-mail and an additional CD will be sent at no charge. If a book is defective (notebooks are broken, pages printed upside down, etc.) let us know, again via e-mail, and a replacement will be sent as applicable.
Clothing items may be returned withing 30 days by sending an e-mail stating your desire to return the product. Include the business name, product name, your name, your phone number, and the reason for your return. We will e-mail you a return authorization number and address for shipping. Returns must be in original condition and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Clothing items are not returnable unless manufacturers labels and tags are still attached.
