RACING TOWARD THE PRIZE: First Mile
The first year of the high school curriculum is designed as a spiritual foundation to begin moving students from Walking with the Master to Racing Toward the Prize! It covers some of the same basic tools of the Christian faith found in Step 1 but in more depth and with different scriptures. It also covers many practical lessons for this age student in preparation for future courses.
When starting this program, all high school students, regardless of grade, must begin on First Mile.
RACING TOWARD THE PRIZE: Second Mile
These lessons build on FIRST MILE and help students continue to take winning steps in their spiritual journey toward spiritual maturity.
Prerequisite: FIRST MILE
RACING TOWARD THE PRIZE: Third Mile
These lessons focus on leadership and ministry topics to prepare students for their senior year discipleship project.
Prerequisite: FIRST MILE & SECOND MILE
RACING TOWARD THE PRIZE: Fourth Mile
This year is a culmination of 3-6 years of discipleship. Students provide the lessons for their weekly meeting while also teaching a younger discipleship class or working on a year-long, student-led ministry project. The disciple begins to disciple others just like the disciples of Jesus after His resurrection.
